English: C5-5 precision wirewound resistors, a type built since the 1960s into the 21st century
Русский: C5-5 проволочные прецизионные резисторы. Резисторы эти получились довольно удачными. Из всех ранних С5 они выпускались больше всех и дольше всех - как минимум до 2010х годов, а может и ныне. Следующий такой же "живучий" тип был уже С5-16; остальные полтора десятка сгинули в истории. Разработаны они были, скорее всего, пензенским НИИ ЭМП. Серийным выпуском занимались, помимо Пензы, завод "Микрокомпонент" (позднее "Элия"; с.Учкекен, Карачаево-Черкесия) и Эчмиадзинский завод "Растр" (Армения). Изредка встречаются экземпляры нижегородского завода "Орбита" (он же позднее ПО "Эркон").
Широкий диапазон номиналов (от 1 Ома до 180 кОм), мощностей - 1...10 Вт - и допусков, от вполне прецизионного +0,05% до ширпотребного +5%. Все подтипы С5-5 имеют максимальное допустимое напряжение 400 вольт, кроме С5-5В-5вт - они на 600 вольт. Именно и только всеклиматика 5-ваттные. |
