Русский: Применение метода FRET для обнаружения мембранного потенциала. В данном примере неспособный к проникновению через мембрану донорный флуорофор расположен на внешней стороне клеточной мембраны, прикрепленный к фосфолипиду. Заряженный трансмембранный оксонольный акцептор предпочтительно связывается с той же внешней стороны в случае полностью поляризованной покоящейся клетки – тогда из-за близкого расположения флуорофоров образуется FRET-пара. При деполяризации происходит транслокация оксонола к внутренней стороне, что сопровождается увеличением испускания группы донора по сравнению с акцепторной группировкой. |
