Български: Ето как става ... не е трудно и мирише на мед. След като дървесината е нарязана на необходимите трупчета с приблизителна дължина от 50 см. и предварително подбрана широчина от 25 - 35 см. Се пробиват десетина отвора с диаметър 20мм. и дълбочина около 5 см. на височина 1/3 от основата на пънчето. В тях се поставя мицела на гъбата, като се оставя съвсем малко място за да бъде покрит мицела с предварително изварени дървени стърготини добити при рязането. Отворите се запечатват с чист пчелен восък и пънчетата се оставят на сенчесто място, покрити с засенчваща оградна мрежа да инкубират поне 40 дни. Накрая се заравят в земята и по желание може да изградите система за капково напояване и засенчваща инсталация ако държите да оптимизирате добива.
English: Mushroom farm in Bulgaria, preparing substrate for Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation. After the wood has been cut into the necessary logs of approximate length of 50 cm and a pre-selected width of 25 - 35 cm. A dozen holes with a diameter of 20 mm are drilled. and about 5 cm deep at 1/3 of the base of the stump. They place the mycelium on the sponge, leaving very little space to cover the mycelium with pre-cooked sawdust obtained during the cutting. The openings are sealed with pure beeswax and the stubs are left in a shady area, covered with a shading fence netter, to incubate for at least 40 days. They are finally buried in the ground and you can optionally build a drip irrigation system and shading installation if you want to optimize yield.
Русский: Грибная ферма в Болгарии. Подготовка полешек для культивации вёшенки (Pleurotus ostreatus). В каждом полешке сверлятся отверстия диаметром 20 мм и глубиной 5 см, куда закладывается затравка - частицы мицелия гриба, и запечатывается сначала опилками, а затем пчелиным воском. В таком виде полешки дозревают 40 дней, и затем прикапываются в почву.
