В серебряном щите стоящий на задних лапах червлёный с золотыми глазами, языком и когтями соболь, держащий лазурную стрелу, обращённую острием вниз. В вольной части герб Пермской губернии. Щит увенчан серебряной стенчатой короной и положен на два золотых положенных накрест молота, соединённых Александровской лентой
