Русский: Поперечное сечение иголки сосны обыкновенной (Pinus sylvestris). Окраска эозином. Люминесцентное освещение. Четко видны смоляные канальцы (граница которых окрашена синим цветом) и устьица, расположенные на границы иголки. Красным цветом окрашен хлорофилл, содержащийся в клетках иголки.
