Українська: Дані про локалізацію пожеж отримано за допомогою сервісу FIRMS (Fire Information for Resource Management System) розробленого в університеті штату Меріленд та за підтримки національного агентства США з аеронавтики та дослідження космічного простору (NASA). Ця система дозволяє отримати дані про пожежі, виявлені за допомогою сенсорів MODIS і VIIRS, ці супутники проходять над кожною точкою поверхні Землі двічі на добу, та їхні інфрачервоні датчики здатні помітити джерела тепла на ділянці розміром приблизно 400 на 400 метрів. Встановлено місця займання пожеж, в тому числі на території Чорноморського біосферного заповідника.Зокрема, в межах заповідної зони на території Солоноозерної ділянки Чорноморського біосферного заповідника загалом у період з 05 травня 2022 р. до 09 травня 2022 р. виявлено 103 температурні аномалії.
English: The data on fire localization was obtained using the FIRMS (Fire Information for Resource Management System) service developed at the University of Maryland and supported by the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). This system provides data on fires detected by MODIS and VIIRS sensors, which pass over every point on the Earth's surface twice a day, and their infrared sensors can detect heat sources in an area of approximately 400 by 400 meters. The locations of fires have been identified, including on the territory of the Black Sea Biosphere Reserve. In particular, a total of 103 temperature anomalies were detected within the protected area on the territory of the Solonozerny section of the Black Sea Biosphere Reserve in the period from May 05, 2022 to May 09, 2022.
