Русский: На фото представлен фрагмент нижней эпидермы листа брусники обыкновенной (Vaccinium vitis-idaea L.), семейства вересковые (Ericaceae Juss.). Изображение получено с помощью оптического микроскопа при 600-кратном увеличении. Характерной гистологической особенностью листа брусники является парацитный устичный аппарат (две околоустьичные клетки расположены с каждой стороны устьица, вдоль продольной оси устьичной щели) с сильной продольно-лучистой морщинистостью кутикулы. В целом устьичный аппарат по форме напоминает бабочку. English: The photo shows a fragment of the lingonberry leaf lower epidermis (Vaccinium vitis-idaea L.), Ericaceae family (Ericaceae Juss.). The image was obtained using an optical microscope at 600x magnification. A characteristic histological feature of the lingonberry leaf is the paracytic stomatal apparatus (two peristomatal cells are located on each side of the stomata, along the longitudinal axis of the stomatal fissure) with a strong longitudinally radiant cuticle wrinkling. In general, the stomatal apparatus show resemblance with a butterfly is shape. |
