Русский: Памятник пленению Дж. Маккейна, расположенный на берегу Западного озера в Ханое. На барельефе изображён американский летчик, стоящий на коленях с поднятыми вверх руками:

В день 26 октября 1967 года было сбито в общей сложности 10 американских самолетов. Раненый Дж. Маккейн, майор ВВС США, удачно катапультировался из сбитого самолета, и на этом месте он был взят в плен. Его самолет упал в нескольких километрах от этого места у электростанции Иенфу
