Description
Русский: Памятник Всем Полярникам открыт 9 сентября на Наличной ул. и ул. Беринга, у здания Арктического и антарктического научно-исследовательского института.

Бронзовая фигура полярника, стоящего на мраморной "льдине", и две бронзовых фигуры собак у подножья "тороса" и сани. Текст на памятнике: «Тем, кто шел первым, тем, кто идет сейчас, тем, кому еще предсто-ит пройти».

Автор идеи памятника - Игорь Бутвин, скульпторы Борис Сергеев и Ольга Панкратова, художник Василий Сухов.
