Русский: 18-22 февраля 2013 года в г.Суздале Владимирской области состоялся Второй Российский экономический конгресс, собравший более 900 участников из 80 городов России и 11 стран ближнего и дальнего зарубежья. Его организаторами выступили НЭА (Новая экономическая ассоциация), РАН (Российская академия наук) и Администрация Владимирской области. Были заслушаны более 850 докладов. Участники конгресса принадлежали самым разным направлениям и школам российской экономической науки и представляли академические институты, университеты и другие образовательные учреждения, аналитические центры. В первый день открытия Конгресса состоялись два пленарных доклада и круглый стол, посвященные взаимосвязи между экономическими реформами и стратегией развития России. Выступили замечательные российские ученые вице-президент РАН академик Александр Дмитриевич Некипелов и Председатель Программного комитета Президент НЭА академик Виктор Меерович Полтерович. Работу Конгресса продолжили 19 тематических конференций, включавших 19 круглых столов и около 150 сессий. В завершение Конгресса 22 февраля прошли Кондратьевские чтения и конференция молодых ученых. На Конгрессе обсуждался широкий спектр проблем – от математических методов в экономике до вопросов конкретной экономической политики; от важнейших макроэкономических проблем до региональной проблематики. English: The second Russian Economic Congress was hosted in Suzdal, Vladimir region (18-22 February 2013). More than 900 exhibitors from 80 Russian cities and 11 countries of near and far abroad attended this Congress. It was organized by NEA (New Economic Association), RUSSIAN ACADEMY of SCIENCES and the administration of the Vladimir region. More than 850 reports were heard. Congress participants belonged to a variety of destinations and Russian schools of Economics from academic institutes, universities and other educational institutions, think-tanks. The first day of the opening of the Congress held two plenary reports and Roundtable on the interrelation between economic reforms and Russia's development strategy. Presentations were made by the outstanding Russian scientists Vice-President of Russian Academy of Sciences academician Nekipelov Alexander D. and Chairman of the program Committee, President of the NEA academician Polterovič Victor M. The Congress continued with 19 thematic conferences, including 19 round tables and about 150 sessions. In conclusion Congress passed the Kondratevskie reading and Conference of young scientists. The Congress discussed a wide range of issues – from mathematical methods in economics to specific economic policies; from major macroeconomic challenges to regional issues. |
