Русский: СЭМ изображение наноструктур, полученных самоорганизацией коллоидных аллоидных нанокристаллов диаметром 7 нм при дестабилизации их раствора в органическом растворителе. Размеры таких структур варьируются от 0,5 до 100 микрон. Изображение торца кремниевой подложки.
English: This is a SEM image of nanostructured materials assembled by 7 nm in diameter colloidal alloyed semiconductor nanocrystals in organic solvent. The size of such strcutures varies from 0.5 to 100 um.
