English: Textured surface of indium phosphide after electrochemical treatment As a result of electrochemical etching on the surface of indium phosphide, an interesting nanorelief was formed. Digestion channels and branched dendritic nanocrystallites were formed along the dislocation lines. Such studies are interesting in terms of studying the effect of crystal defects on its functional properties. Selective electrochemical etching is a reliable method for detecting various types of defects on the surface and in the volume of crystalline material. Nanoart symbolizes Ukraine's popularity in the world. Through the events taking place on the territory of Ukraine, every citizen of our planet knows about the greatness of the courage of our army, the steadfastness and faith in the victory of our people, the feat of each of our soldiers. In addition, the message “Good evening, we are from Ukraine” is the first thing internally displaced Ukrainians hear when they flee the occupied territories and land. The synthesis of nanostructures was carried out at the Berdyansk State Pedagogical University. At the time of submission of the image for the competition, the city of Berdyansk is under occupation, and the university is captured by the russian invaders. The image was made within the project “Nanoart. New Symbolism of Science”. The project is implemented with the support of the Sustainability Fund for Ukrainian Artists of the Artists at Risk Connection program of PEN America Тhe authors are Yana Suchikova (Yana Sychikova) and Serhii Kovachov |
