Description
Русский: Локомобиль нарисован в 1900 году на стене здания торгового склада сельхоз машин. Там продавались локомобили. Заказчик рисунка и хозяин торгового дома Роберт Карлович Эрт умер до 1914 года и фирма закрыта в 1915 (в первую мировую войну). Здание и рисунок существуют до сего дня. Авторские права через более чем 100 лет истекли в любом случае. Советская ул. 10, Саратов, Россия
English: The drawing of the locomobile is drawn in 1900 on the wall of the building of the trading house of agricultural machines. That 's where the locomobiles were sold. Drawing customer and owner of the trading house Robert Karlovich Ert died before 1914 and the firm closed in 1915 (in the first world war). The building and drawing exist until this day. Copyrights after more than 100 years expired anyway. Sovetskaya Street 10, Saratov, Russia.

  • in the case of other works if the author is a national of a country of the Union¹, the country of origin shall be that country.

¹ - Author who is not a national of a country of the Union but who has his habitual residence in a country of the Union, be assimilated to national of that country.

The exclusive rights to this work do not extend on territory of the Russian Federation according to article 1256 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (details), because this work does not meet the requirements on the territory of publication, on the author's nationality, and on obligations for international treaties.
