Споруда ХДНБ ім.Короленка є одним із символів Харкова, допомагає формувати образ його як Smart Citi. Будівлю споруджено у 1901 році за проектом видатного українського архітектора О.М.Бекетова. Стелі і потолок з вишуканою ліплиною. Стіни зали оздоблені пілястрами з гермами та мелальонами, в які згодом вставили портрети письменників і поетів. Екскурсію проводить завідуючка соціокультурного центру О.І.Крутас. Фото зроблено і завантажено з її згоди.
