В 1881 году была построена проживавшим тогда в Екатеринодаре купцом Адамом Адамули. После смерти отца в 1907-1909 годах его сыновья перестроили и переоборудовали здание бани, в результате чего фасад здания обрел декор в стиле модерн. Семен и Дмитрий Адамули предприняли и сооружение артезианского колодца, снабжавшего баню водой. В 1920 году адамулинское предприятие было национализировано и создан банно-прачечный комбинат, который оказывал услуги по помывке и стирке белья для военнослужащих Красной Армии. Сегодня же в составе предприятия имеется прачечный цех, общие банные отделения, сауны с бассейнами, душевые номера, парикмахерская, ресторан.
