Створений був палац в кінці XIX ст. для підприємця, цукрозаводчика Терещенко Михайла (1886-1956) по проекту архітектора П.Голландського з використанням прогресивних на той час архітектурно-будівельних прийомів. Так, при створені широко застосовувався бетон та фігурні елементи виконані штукатуркою по цеглині. М.І. Терещенко, будучи аж ніяк не бідною людиною, мав кілька садиб. Але лише одну з них, ту що в Денишах, називали не інакше, як "Замок". Після революцій 1917 садиба була розграбована. Насьогодні,незважаючи на сильні руйнування, стіни палацу досі зберігають сліди багатих ліпних прикрас і розкоші. Про власника ходить декілька легенд. То він засипав двір садиби цукровим піском, коли одна з його дочок виявила бажання влітку покататися по снігу на санях, то одного разу він виклав підлогу в своєму будинку золотими червінцями. Хто його зна...
