Description
Русский: Деревянный особняк в стиле классицизма был построен в первой половине XIX века, сначала им владел действительный тайный советник Грефф. Но чуть позже он перешел к жене доктора медицины Юлии Добберт.

Именной при ней здание было реконструировано в стиле модерн. На этот проект опирались и современные архитекторы. В памятнике деревянного зодчества восстановлены все шесть комнат и парадная лестница. Здесь можно увидеть даже модный в XIX веке подъёмник для еды, встроенный в стену.

В помещениях памятника архитектуры разместится экспозиция, посвященная 300-летней истории петербургского балета от учреждения Петром Первым «танцевальных ассамблей» до открытия Академии балета и современного развития новых пластических форм.
