Русский: ГДТ, он же гедистор (германиевый дендритный тензорезистор). Они были разработаны в Государственном научно-исследовательском институте машиноведения под руководством доктора техн. наук проф. Н. П. Раевского. Что любопытно, серийный - точнее, мелкосерийный - выпуск этих тензорезисторов был организован на опытно-экспериментальном школьном заводе Министерства просвещения РСФСР. Благодаря высокой тензочувствительности гедисторы могут применяться как без усилителей, так и с обычной аппаратурой, применяемой для металлических тензорезисторов. Наиболее целесообразно применять гедисторы для исследования небольших деформаций в динамическом режиме.
English: ГДТ series germanium dendrite strain gauge. An apparently unique Soviet invention, publications dated late 1960s and disappearing after 1970. It didn't catch up and it could not - the temperature range of germanium instruments was far below what the industry needed. Meanwhile, traditional metal wire sensors withstood up to 450C. |
