English: специальный высоковакуумный прибор, в основе которого метод облучения образца рентгеновской трубкой. Он изготовлен из сплава железа, никеля и кобальта, для того, чтобы не пропустить атмосферных частиц внутрь. Чтобы поддерживать вакуум в приборе круглосуточно работают турбомолекулярные насосы, скорость вращения которых достигает 1500 оборотов в секунду. English: a special high-vacuum device, based on the method of irradiating the sample with an X-ray tube. It is made of an alloy of iron, nickel and cobalt, in order not to let atmospheric particles inside. To maintain vacuum in the device around the clock work turbomolecular pumps, the rotation speed of which reaches 1500 revolutions per second. |
