Description
Русский: Справка из «Kаталога объектов культурного наследия Липецкой области»: Торговые ряды, Г-образные в плане, выстроены в 1870-х гг. по периметру площади, в центре которой разместился Kазанский собор (новый). Четыре корпуса торговых рядов (северо-восточный, северо-западный, юго-восточный и юго-западный) сооружены не «сплошной фасадою», а с разрывами, открывающими вид на собор. Архитектурный декор фасадов выполнен в кирпичном стиле: прямоугольные окна с циркульным завершением вписаны в филенчатые ниши и обрамлены рамочными профилированными наличниками (многие проемы позднее расширены до прямоугольных), пилястры, поддерживающие высокий антаблемент, состоящий из архитрава, фриза и карниза. Фриз декорирован ширинками. Многообломный карниз образован из небольшого напуска рядов кирпичной кладки. Над венчающим карнизом расположены тумбы парапетного ограждения (утрачено), завершающие пилястры и слуховые окна чердака, соответствующие оконным проемам. Архитектурный декор фасадов исполнен в стилевых формах эклектики. Состоят на охране государства как памятник архитектуры регионального значения.
