Русский: В условиях вечной мерзлоты Горного Алтая, на высоте в 2 тысячи метров над уровнем моря, где зимой температура нередко опускается ниже минус 50, живут самые настоящие верблюды.
Верблюдов в Горном Алтае разводят только в одном месте – в самом отдаленном и высокогорном Кош-Агачском районе. Местные говорят, эти животные были здесь буквально всегда, видимо, попали на Алтай по торговому пути, который проходил здесь еще несколько столетий назад.
English: In the permafrost conditions of the Altai Mountains, at an altitude of 2 thousand meters above sea level, where in winter the temperature often drops below minus 50, real camels live.
Camels in the Altai Mountains are bred only in one place – in the most remote and mountainous Kosh-Agach district. Locals say these animals have literally always been here, apparently they got to Altai along the trade route that passed here several centuries ago.
