[edit]DescriptionБеосус приморский - Beosus maritimus (25977081593).jpg |
The species is found throughout the eastern Mediterranean through Asia Minor to the Caucasus. In the north the spread in the south of Britain and the southern Baltic Sea area to the center of Russia ranges. The bugs are from 6.1 to 7.5 millimeters long. The animals feed on fallen to the ground seeds of various plant species. In their habitats often grow heather (Calluna vulgaris), Scotch broom (Cytisus scoparius) or Field Wormwood (Artemisia campestris). (Artemisia campestris). |
