На поверхні можна побачити розтравлювання верхнього нерівномірного шару та утворення ямок травлення – зародків пор. Представлене дослідження являється важливою ланкою у розумінні процесів, що лежать в основі наноструктурування напівпровідників. Збільшення у 50 разів. Автори роботи: Яна Сичікова, Сергій Ковачов
