All set against a white background. image: a full-length depiction of a grotesque looking rat-like creature, personifying septicaemia. He carries a spray can marked 'Poison', and wears a German Iron Cross and a cap decorated with a Nazi swastika. text: 'WARE HITLER'S GREATEST ALLY POISON Mendoza HERR SEPTICÆMIA (ALIAS BLOODPOISONING) USES BLITZ METHODS Only waiting for the slightest scratch to inject his poison. The artwork was created by a commissioned military artist during their active service duties in the First World War.
