On my way to work I came across this road block. Later on I read online about it: <a href="http://www.oxfordtimes.co.uk/news/4405037._Serious_incident__in_Oxford/">www.oxfordtimes.co.uk/news/4405037._Serious_incident__in_...</a> <a href="http://www.thamesvalley.police.uk/newsevents/newsevents-pressreleases/newsevents-pressreleases-item.htm?id=88220">www.thamesvalley.police.uk/newsevents/newsevents-pressrel...</a> From the Thames Valley police website: "Friday 29 May 2009, 11:30am Police are appealing for witnesses after a girl has reported that she was sexually assaulted this morning (29/5) at some point between 2am and 4am, A 15-year-old girl was walking in the Horspath Road to Oxford Road area when she alleges to have been sexually assaulted. The man is described as white, aged between 40 and 50-years-old with a white beard and white hair, A scene watch was in place while police examined the area. Det Sgt Katy Barrow-Grint, investigating the incident, said: “I am urging anyone with information to contact us. “We have a team of detectives working on this case and are investigating every possibility to ensure that we catch the offender. “I appeal to anyone who may have been in the area and seen the girl or the man to get in touch.” Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to contact Det Sgt Barrow-Grint at Oxford police station via 0845 8 505 505, or if you don’t want to talk to the police or give your name, call the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
