Description
Español: La sociedad de escritores vernaculares "Ilaw at Panitik" celebró el vigésimo cuarto año de su existencia con una recepción y baile el sábado pasado, 1.ᵒ de Agosto. La Fiesta, que fue honrada con la asistencia de distinguidos elementos de la capital, tuvo lugar en los salones del Club Filipino. En la fotografía aparecen los componentes de la línea de recepción. De izquierda a derecha: Srta. Natividad San José, Dr. Fausto J. Galauran, Amada Reyes, Catalino V. Flores, Srta. Susana de Guzmán, Pedrito Reyes, Srta. Elena Reyes, y Prof. Procopio Borromeo. La Srta. Teófila Feliciano, musa de la asociación, fue huésped de honor.
