Description

I found this one (and others) at a rock in an area that's usually hard to get to, near the seal rocks off the Moonstone boardwalk. Exceptionally deep cellular weathering in jointed Cretaceous graywacke.

Barnacles for scale: they are around 1/4 to 1/3 inch diameter (middle left).
