English: Delicious with hot steamed rice, this traditional dish benefits from a slow cooking process in a clay pot. This dish is the epitome of home-cooked goodness. This particular culinary dish is originated in Batangas wherein bullet tunas are very abundant. Can be cooked with or without coconut milk adding extra flavor and kick on this well loved pinoy food pride.
Tagalog: Ang Sinaing na Tulingan ay isa sa pinakasikat at pinipilahang pinoy food. Gawa sa tulingan na huli sa mga baybayin ng Batangas, isa itong kilalang pagkain na maaring lutuin ng may gata o wala. Matyaga itong niluluto at pina kukuluan sa palayok hanggang sa lumambot na sadya namang sumasabog ang linamnam sa bawat kagat. |
