Русский: «Дом грузчика» (жилой): Монастырская улица, 171, Пермь, Пермский край

Вот Вам еще один представитель архитектуры 30-х годов прошлого века, что находится на углу ул.Монастырская и ул.Толмачёва в городе Пермь. "Дом грузчика".

Это был один из самых крупных домов того периода. Общежитие порта Пермь, построенное в1932 году. А к 1939 году его достроили и заселили работников Облсовета. В простанародии этот монумент прошлого до сих пор называют "Дом грузчика". Кстати, в подвале, прямо под башней, находится бомбоубежище — обязательный атрибут домов того времени.

Ходит байка, что иногда тёмной безлунной грозовой ночью в длинных коридорах этого образца советского конструктивизма можно встретить призрак Чёрного карлика, обходящего свои владения.

Ну и ещё здесь снимался известный в некоторых ограниченных кругах сериал «Реальные пацаны».
