Thank you for your notification. First I looked back to see what the issue here is, I realized that it may be not okay to keep this image of the tourist information board up online as you already pointed out. This information board for the cape Tsurumisaki is made by the department of tourism of Saiki City, Oita Prefecture, Japan, and it is non-commercial and displayed in a public place for those tourists who visit the cape Tsurumisaki. I did not think it was infringement as far as I knew. COM:FOP Japan

Also I used my camera to take a photo of it and I resized it, so the original image is made by me and I own the original image. Although this is a non-commercial information board and displayed in a public place, I do not know much about the limit of freedom of panorama for buildings and non-commercial and I'm aware that this might be a literary work. I have no intention to keep the image online as long as it could be an issue, so I'm willing to agree with your indication to have deletion request. Thank you.
