It´s very unlikely that this is a copyvio; Stalingrad was 1943, and it´s subject of historic interest. Any picture is useful for the understanding of what happenend in Stalingrad.
It's from a private collection that was donated to the Library of Congress. Pretty sure it's free use, but I'm not bothering to go out and look for it. Do not delete.
