What a silly and petty discussion. I am trained in IP rights and can assure you that many of my colleagues are going to have a laugh tomorrow morning.

Are you seriously considering taking down a photo of Janis Joplin off Wikipedia in fear of being in breach of copyright? For the love of God wake up.
