It says on that page which you refer to: "Pictures of works of art permanently located in public places can be used non-commercially or as illustrations to texts in newspapers and periodicals." The piece of art was definitely permanently installed. So what was the problem? I didn't log in for quite some time, so I missed this deletion of the picture. --Uvainio (talk) 21:05, 17 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
