  •  Comment A scope of “1000 km Nürburgring 1970: Hans Herrmann driving Porsche 908/03” seems confusing. For clarity, consider a scope change to “Hans Herrmann driving Porsche 908/03 at 1000 km Nürburgring in 1970” with a scope link to the race or Category:Hans Herrmann (driver).
IMHO this would suggest a VI scope of specific driver and car in a specific race. It is also in keeping with some of your previous scopes such as “Mike Parkes driving Ferrari 512 S at Nürburgring in 1970”. --GRDN711 (talk) 18:14, 8 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@GRDN711: I would have been surprised if your objection had not come up. Why should the scope be wrong? It's a picture from the 1000 km race in 1970 and a scene with Hans Herrmann. Of course, I could also describe it the other way around. But then you would ask why I name the driver first and not the car or why I name the car first and the driver second. No matter how I do it: In your eyes it's wrong. -- Spurzem (talk) 20:14, 8 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Spurzem: I found your previous scope format for this type of image to be more consistent than the current one with the COM:VIS definition of a "generic field or category within which your image is the most valuable example". You are nominating a lot of images,. If either scope form is fine with you, why not match your past practice? --GRDN711 (talk) 21:37, 8 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
