Review (criteria)	Comment Difficult one. There are a lot of (good) competitors. The picture is beautiful and descriptive enough, but it is rather small compared to other ones falling in the same scope. --Eusebius (talk) 12:30, 21 September 2008 (UTC)  Oppose Indeed it is a good photo of the species. But there is also a lot of competition, and I think Image:Nymphalis io Luc Viatour.jpg is the best illustration of the species on Commons. Unfortunately that image is not geocoded. Otherwise it would have gone straight to an MVR. Among the geocoded images, I think Image:ComputerHotline - Paon du jour (by) (5).jpg and Image:Judepics - Peacock (by).jpg are slightly better alternatives too, and there may be others. I suggest focusing your energy on contributing with images of perhaps less well known and perhaps not as colourful species.
