If you work on RAW files, the CameraRaw program is very effective: I corrected your image in 4 clicks. Otherwise Photoshop does it too and above all you have a lot of free programs that do it. I see the change as a more rectangular building now. Can I ask you to correct this picture too. I'll look for a free program to correct by myself, but I may need a couple of days to understand it.
