 Question I read the Wikipedia article to understand the scope. From reading it, the illustration could just as well illustrate the more general concept of an antiform as I see it. The main difference between the two is that the ageing of the layers are ordered in an anticline, but I cannot see that this is shown in the illustration unless there are some subtle graphics conventions used in geology, which I am unaware of.
