  •  Question Scope terminology: English Wikipedia gives the preferred common English name as "tree onion" with "top onion", "topsetting onion", "walking onion", and "Egyptian onion" as alternate terms. Also, that same article uses the term "bulblet" rather than "bulbil". Whichever terminology is used in each case, I think both the common English name of the onion and the bulbil/bulblet should be given in lower-case.
