  •  Comment Actually, it's a speedometer with a odometer (or a milometer if it's miles not km)! A tachometer indicates engine revs not road speed. And VDO made hundreds of different speedos (km/hr as well as mph), so the VDO model no. is more important for VI than the vehicle to which it is attached.
