Support -- This photograph was taken over 11 years ago with a point-and-shoot camera, and isn't a technical masterpiece. Though its message and subject goes far beyond the majority of featured pictures, depicting an intimate scene, even with some surreal qualities, in the aftermath of a devastating disaster in New Orleans. It shows the hope that brought the City of New Orleans back after Katrina, and in general captures the spirit of the city in one photograph, showing the attitude, and even eccentricity, of its people. Oppose Interesting, but not FP composition/technical quality for me. Charles (talk) 10:43, 8 February 2017 (UTC)- Oppose Nice moment, however, image quality (lights and shadows) and composition (umbalanced and centered) are not in the FP standard to me.
