- Info European starling on a branch in Central Park. I wasn't sure whether to nominate this one or this other one, but settled on this one because I like how it's a bit fluffed up and spiky. :) It's a common bird, and a destructive invasive species in the US, but still quite pretty. all by — Rhododendrites talk | 16:28, 27 March 2021 (UTC)

- Support And to my understanding, they were brought to North America by a nut who decided to try to introduce all the birds mentioned by Shakespeare. Impressive photo! -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 17:00, 27 March 2021 (UTC)
- yeah. Central Park in particular, actually. And it wouldn't be such a crazy story of they didn't have such a devastating impact on native species. Sigh. an article for anyone interested — Rhododendrites talk | 17:17, 27 March 2021 (UTC)
- Comment -- I actually prefer the other one; I find the blurred branch in the background a little distracting. —Bruce1eetalk 17:35, 27 March 2021 (UTC)

- Oppose Yes, I thought there was a shadow (and I prefer this one). Charlesjsharp (talk) 12:03, 28 March 2021 (UTC)
- I withdraw my nomination I have nominated the other one, which has a cleaner background and the shadow isn't over the eye. Thanks, all. — Rhododendrites talk | 15:11, 28 March 2021 (UTC)
