Does not seem likely that the uploader has the authority to release this image under a free license. No OTRS. Stifle (talk) 09:38, 27 November 2008 (UTC)
- Speedy delete or at least blank while this discussion goes on. The card contains private information. Public disclosure of private facts arises where one person reveals information which is not of public concern, and the release of which would offend a reasonable person. See Privacy laws of the United States. Google images does not show this "stock image" and the uploader has chosen a user name, Linda Golden, that is identical with that used in the image. There is nothing to establish that the uploader is in fact the person mention in the image and if the two are not the same, that is trouble. The copyright likely is held by the University of Minnesota and I can't imagine a circumstance where they would transfer their intellectual property to a student or release the images used in the expensive U Card program for free distribution. -- Suntag ☼ 16:44, 29 November 2008 (UTC)
