• Someone copied an originally copyrighted game and ported it to open-source, see http://toppler.sourceforge.net/index.html. However as a derivative work of the originally copyrighted game I am not so sure this isn't a derivative work. -Nard the Bard 17:20, 15 November 2008 (UTC)
