Seems to be a copyright violation of pictures of website http://www.tamboursdubronx.com

Pozzi: I'm part of the TAMBOURS DU BRONX, and the image belongs to us. All rights have been bought to Julien Mignot / Sylvain Roux / Mtthieu TIJERAS. No copyright is violated.

Easy. Pozzi can prove his claim by having a GFDL/CC-BY-2.5 dual license statement (as this is what he used here) for these images included on the external web site. (Would be nice if that site worked without Flash, too.) If no such confirmation is forthcoming, there's the possibility that you, Effco, contact the group by e-mail and ask them if that release here on WikiMedia under a GFDL/CC-BY-2.5 dual license is ok with them, and then forward these e-mails (yours and the answer you got) to permissions AT wikimedia DOT org.
