Deleted. As per EugeneZelenko, but kept Image:MTR Tseung Kwan O Line Poster.JPG since a) it likely seems to be permanent installed in a public place and b) (little bit confusing) "of an artistic work located or on display in an outdoor public place" (COM:FOP) does not speak of permanent installation...
