As a product of the Defence Research and Development Organisation, this picture falls under the Right to Information Act. However, this law only applies to India: “It extends to the whole of India except the State of Jammu and Kashmir.”, chapter 1, 1, (a). If this doesn't comply with Commons rules, then delete it. Deleted. The Right to Information Act is akin to FOIA in the U.S.: it gives citizens the right to access certain information, but that doesn't mean there were no copyrights on the items accessed. The two concepts have nothing to do with each other. Lupo 22:39, 31 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
