This image is a photography I took and published on my website (see here: http://mudry.org/photoblog/post/2005/02/24/125-nouvelle-vague ). As my website does not state a specific license, standard copyright law should be applied. This image is specifically *not* distributed under a GFDL license, as is implied by this media page. I was never even asked for the use of this picture. Moreover, a user also edited the image to remove my watermark. Jmudry 10:26, 8 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Sounds reasonable, the original uploader must have uploaded it under false conditions, I subsequently removed the watermark, believing the license was genuine, as that is standard procedure on Commons. FunkMonk 12:11, 8 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
