It is a screenshot of a website. --Keb25 21:50, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
- It is obviously not a screenshot of a webpage, looks more like a picture of the sreen of a Walmart or Walgreen digital photo kiosk, look at these pictures [1] [2] [3] 趙里昱 15:31, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
- Delete Derivative work. --Moonian 15:58, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
- Keep Picture taken when the author order stamps on drugstore kioisk is not derivative work —the preceding unsigned comment was added by 68.50.108.11 (talk • contribs)
- DeleteAck Keb25, the intent is to depict the screen content, so it's a derivative work. --Fb78 09:23, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
- Keep Screen content is cameraman's own work, so it is not derivative work, more pictures taken yesterday at the store where the original shot was made, see Image:Digitalphotokiosk.JPG and [4] --趙里昱 09:46, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
- There is something else in the image (i.e. things on the screen other than that stamp design) isn't the work of the photographer. In fact, the software used in that kiosk is probably copyrighted too, so unless you have proof that it's released under a free license, this image is considered as a derivative work. --Moonian 15:24, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
- And I think Image:Digitalphotokiosk.JPG is OK, since it isn't showing the content of the screen(s) specifically. --Moonian 15:34, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
- Delete Sorry to lose the image but per my understanding of Commons policy, I agree that this image likely violates Commons inclusion policy as the close up image of the screen are made to show the screen content which is likely copyrighted. Unless, we have evidence that the screen shot depicts content that is free per Commons' policy, the image needs to be deleted. I also agree that Image:Digitalphotokiosk.JPG is okay to use since it does not focus on the details of the images on the screen but is a broad shot of the area. - Delete - The picture is taken from a very short distance, it appears to be a screen shot. To be considered as Freedom of panorama it should have been from longer distance. Yuval Y § Chat § 22:37, 22 September 2007 (UTC)
- BTW, http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v476/damahuayi/DSC00661.jpg also won't fit in the Commons rules. Yuval Y § Chat § 22:40, 22 September 2007 (UTC)
