Keep Yes it may possibly be a photo of a cross dressing exhibitionist, there are some others like this which are even more explicit, doesn't mean its not potentially useful, in an article on for example cross dressing. KTo288 08:49, 24 November 2007 (UTC)

 Comment we already have a Category:Transvestites. If the only problem with this image is the gender of the person in the skirt, perhaps it would be better delt with by recategorization than deletion. -- Infrogmation 13:47, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
