Na en:w foi utilizado a template {{PD-Art}}, que originalmente designava obras de arte publicadas nos EUA antes de 1923.
O template atual é {{PD-US}}.
Assim, pelo conteúdo e regras da template {{PD-US}} a imagem é livre.

In en:w was used a template {{PD-Art}}, which originally called works of art published in the USA before 1923.
The current template is {{DP-US}}.
Thus, the content and rules of template {{PD-US}} the image is free.

Deleted. Commons request public domain for both US and the source country, which in this case is UK. Since there is no proove that it is PD in UK. If somebody wants to use it in a local Wikipedia where the rules are not of that kind, you can contact me and I will send it to that person so that (s)he can upload it there (e.g. en.WP).
